Santuario ubicado en el puig de Bonany que se remonta a principios del siglo XVII (1606). La iglesia actual (1920-1925) es historicista. Se levanta sobre un templo barroco ya demolido (1919). En el presbiterio se venera la imagen de la Virgen (Mare de Déu) de Bonany, una talla de madera sedente, situada en un retablo barroco.
